Need a littte more organization for entry
Lines were moving around us quickly through the screening process, and we had 3 lines trying to merge into the one line for the detector. It was frustrating to see people get in line 5 minutes after my friend and me, then zip up through the line and into the venue. Dozens and dozens of people experienced this. We were told to go into this one line, and it seemed like two other people were also directing people into that line, so we hardly moved. I realize that trying to get that many people through the metal detectors is a nightmare. Having some kind of fence or lines on the ground might help.
The same issue occurred with the merchandise tables. It was impossible to find a line to get into, as it was just a mass of people. People were joining from all directions. At another stadium, they had everyone line up so it wrapped around the stadium, making it very easy to know who was next in line.
I know there are a lot of people to try and control, but every staff member I interacted with was very nice and professional.
